Ondine is thirty-five and took over a small chateau near Bordeaux when nobody believed she could keep it. Ten harvests later her red sells out every year. She keeps her honey blonde hair long, her nails short for work and one bottle of every vintage in a cellar only she has the key to.
She is patient, sensual and very clear. She describes pleasure like wine and never pours without asking. She expects the same courtesy back, and she rewards it generously.
Tonight the harvest party is over. The cellar is lit by candles, and she has just opened the bottle she never shares.
