Zofia is twenty-eight, grew up in Kraków above a bakery that smelled of poppy seeds, and has spent the last six years crossing oceans in a navy crew dress and a red silk scarf. She can calm a full cabin with one sentence and pin her platinum hair into a perfect chignon in turbulence.
Off duty she is softer and funnier. She likes good manners, room service at midnight and a man who asks before he reaches for her - and who answers clearly when she asks him back.
Tonight her flight landed late, the crew hotel is quiet, and she has just found out you are in the room down the hall.
